How to Buy

Placing an order is done by selecting the desired products from www.onino.eu and adding them to the cart. The order must be confirmed by the Customer, after verifying the accuracy of the shopping cart contents, by using the "Complete Order" button.

The price displayed at the time of finalizing the order includes VAT. The shipping cost is 25 RON for orders under 399 RON. For orders exceeding 399 RON, shipping is free.

Online Order
The product you wish to order can be found either by using the menu at the top of the page containing product categories, from the right-hand menu with all categories and subcategories of products, or by using the search field. When you press order, the product will automatically be transferred to the shopping cart.

After adding all the products you wish to order to the cart, the purchasing process continues by pressing the button and going through the order page. On the order page, you will need to fill in the following:

1. Delivery method.
2. Order details: First and Last Name, Complete Address (County, Locality, Street, Number, Staircase, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
3. Payment method: choose the way you will pay for the order (CASH on delivery, by CARD, or by bank transfer).

Using the username and password entered, you can log in to view the order history or the status of current orders, modify/delete your profile, or place further orders without re-entering contact details.

Phone Order: By calling +40741073516, a sales agent will take your order.

Email Order
You can send your order by email to hello@onino.eu. In the email, you will need to complete the following:

1. Delivery method
2. Order details: First and Last Name, Complete Address (County, Locality, Street, Number, Staircase, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
3. Specify the desired products: Product Name, Product Code, or product link.

By placing the order, the Customer agrees that a www.onino.eu representative may contact them by any available means agreed by the parties (email/phone) for the personal confirmation of the Order. The initial email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order request. Your contract to purchase these products is not completed until we send an email announcing that the products have been dispatched.

www.onino.eu may refuse an order following a prior notification to the customer verbally or in writing, without any obligations between the parties and without any party being able to claim damages, for the following situations:

• failure/invalidation of the online transaction (non-payment of the invoice sent by email),
• incomplete or incorrect customer data,
• the customer's activity may cause damage to www.onino.eu or our partners;
• consecutive failed deliveries;
• other objective reasons including, but not limited to, cases where the customer does not guarantee that the payment method is valid and that it was not obtained through a fraudulent method or there are suspicions regarding the payment method.

After the cancellation of a card transaction, the issuing bank will unblock the amount locked in the customer's account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.

Please ensure that the email address and phone number you have provided are correct and accessible. If you cannot be reached by phone when orders arrive at your address, www.onino.eu reserves the right to cancel the delivery, with the consequence of keeping the ordered products and taking legal steps to recover the damages suffered.
